Regular maintenance is essential for longevity:
- Clean with mild antibacterial soap and warm water after each use
- Use a soft sponge or cloth – never abrasive materials
- Thoroughly dry all orifices and surfaces
- Apply baby powder (talcum) after cleaning to maintain smooth skin texture
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Use water-based lubricants only
Can I return my doll?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective.
Each doll is custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled. However, we offer:
- 30-Day Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects and material issues
- Quality Inspection: Each doll undergoes 72-hour inspection before shipping
- Damage During Shipping: Fully covered – we will repair or replace
